-HR Lead is a joke. He has zero formal training, he is an absolute creep, and he will 100% not have empathy of your situation. -Upper management(ALL family) can and will have control of every situation. Not a single bit of integrity. You are wrong even when you’re not. -Expect to hear only negatives from them, never “hey good job” -Play favorites nonstop -Shipping/Customer service manager is highly under qualified and hides in the office all day - Will under value and undersell you and find every reason to NOT give you a well deserved raise. -Allow slackers to skate by on minimal work but then dump the rest on the people who bust their tears to help the company stay afloat.
