Pros
Good benefits package. Opportunity for advancement. Great people/co-workers. Company is agile and able to work with clients to fulfill needs.
Cons
Too many people in management but nowhere near enough staff to efficiently handle growing workload. Unrealistic expectations set people and/or departments up for failure. Lots of politics and too much red tape to perform basic duties in any role. Failure to deliver on promise made to implement annual reviews and pay raises (even for tenured employees with a good work ethic) despite company growth. No work/life balance.
