      Pros

      Really good salary and the profit share scheme is really good, They also offer a share save scheme too. Some good employee benefits on airport parking too. Pension is good and the management within Stores and Engineering is fantastic.

      Cons

      Career progression at some of the satellite airports (Anywhere other than Leeds or Manchester).
