good kids, convenient afterschool job if you're in high school
Cons
A lot of the strategies the "principal" and more senior staff members use to work with the kids are outdated and not rooted in any current education literature. You're considered a bad teacher if you don't yell at little kids. If your goal is to become a real teacher, don't think this place will teach you anything good. Bosses go around bad mouthing staff to other staff. Everyone is underpaid, raises and opportunities for growth are promised in the interview and contract but don't actually happen.
