I worked there for several years. I fully agree with the previous review. The manager is nice and patient. When I just entered the company, I am very new to software development. I learned a lot during my work in the company. This work experience prepared me for my future career in software engineering. The company is using very up to date techniques. You have to chance to participate in the company's important work every day.
Cons
It's a start-up company, thus no strong benefit.
You will learn a lot, only if you are really a beginner in software engineering. Otherwise, in bigger companies, you will have more chances to see how other good software engineers write decent code.
