Would bypass this one... - Assistant Vice President Jefferies Employee Review

I have worked in many different industries and find this company's values to be strangely disguised. Jefferies as a whole spends a good deal of time focusing on outsourcing/eliminating jobs and not as much time developing careers or calling upon skills internally. The culture was both lackluster and minimal.
