Cons
- Won't pay on commissions because meetings randomly "Don't Qualify" for no reason or he just won't go to it - Has the highest employee turnover rate (on average 6 months) - You basically cold call all day, and if you don't get a meeting for a while he will offer "$1000 to the next person to get a meeting" but even if you get a meeting you will never see the money - There is no program to teach you how to do the job, you rely on your peers to teach you (Definitely not the one on one environment promised from the interview) - Bait and switched with commission contracts - Trys to play it off like we represented these huge law firms and never did.. just took a look at their lease once and somehow got a vague letter of reference - Only hourly pay, no PTO, no healthcare, no holiday pay, nothing
