Pros
I was hired as a key holder, I only worked there 2 weeks as I was offered another position elsewhere. There didn’t seem to be many benefits to working there except some creative freedom to visual merchandise as they had no real guidance from head office. Good focus on denim training and the how different styles work for different body shapes.
Cons
Company overall seemed disorganised. My store was sharing a store manager with another store. The assistant manager seemed unmotivated and had low morale. Very minimal training given in the operations side of things. No health and safety training given. They don’t really seem to have a cohesive visual plan. There were lots of different brands that didn’t necessarily tell a story on the shopfloor and felt like a mish mash. Lots of pressure to convert customers but the clothing didn’t quite stand out.
