They tried to encourage me with bigger goals.
And gave me more chances.
Cons
Some of the employees are always griping about the people at work.
They are damaging to the company that is struggling.
There must be appropriate sanctions for poor performance.
Imagine yourself in a first grade classroom where the teacher is constantly picking on you because that’s what you will get in Jayjun US. The managing director will be watching your every move and she will make sure you work overtime but if you need to leave couple minutes early then you will have to make up that time. You will be overly stressed and wear multiple hats and have no work/life balance. Everything is essentially managed by the HQ overseas so you won’t have much say in anything. No growth potential, only 5 days of vacation time-basically your life will have to be all about this job. Don’t waste your time.
