Salary so high that candidates ask if an extra zero was added by mistake. Annual Maldives offsite, quarterly Europe trips, and monthly team lunches prepared by Michelin-star chefs. Work-life balance so good that managers remind employees to stop taking vacations and attend at least one meeting per month. Promotion cycle every six months. Some employees reportedly became Senior Managers before finishing onboarding. Free coffee so premium that candidates negotiate coffee beans instead of compensation.
Cons
Had to wait 3 days for my company-sponsored luxury apartment upgrade. Stock options were only enough to buy one sports car. Too many employee appreciation awards; eventually ran out of wall space.
