Potential IPO...for those patient enough to wait until it happens.
Cons
Other than IPO, not much to recommend about the company. Morale is at an all-time low. Worst department may be engineering which is run like a cult. The leader feels he is qualified to tell people how they should think and live their lives. Not a typical silicon valley company at all. Has no real company culture and only minimal attempts at team-building.
