Pros
Love my job, I'm out in the field and rarely have to come into the office. We have some really good clients and projects. Several of the commissioning agents and inspects are able work outside the office and only have to come in for staff meetings, etc.
Cons
Personally none, I like working out of construction sites and working hand in hand with the client or architect or CM. There is a lot of start and stopping while waiting for the CM to get there part done. Sometimes you have to hold the CM accountable for their work.
