This job is quite sketchy - Customer Service Representative Japanese Help Desk Employee Review

Based on the job posting, the position is open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, and college undergraduates. As a college graduate with a strong background in communication and experience working in a fast-paced environment, I was confident in my qualifications. However, I was not selected. While I respect the company’s decision, I was hoping that my skills and experience would have been considered more strongly in the selection process. I think they're just look for someone they can fool.
