With the team's essential feedback, we've invested and continue to invest in creating a community of high trust, where every voice matters. Based on feedback, we’ve focused our efforts on designing development programs and providing L&D budgets to all employees, normalizing frequent, thoughtful feedback between reports and managers and their peers, rolling out a multi-class DEI training program, launching an Employee Resource Group program, and promoting internal mobility. We’re proud to share that over 50% of our team members identify with one or more groups that are least represented within the tech industry.
