Johnson & Johnson plan to wrap-up its operation in Pakistan in 2011 and in late 2014 j&j Pakistan announce officially to their employee that company is going to close its operation in Pakistan, where two type of employee are working one who have direct pay role under j&j employment letter and other majority are third party pay role employee ,who works for over 20 years for j&j but company did not give them its payroll .over the periods of time local and international management assure third party pay role employee that they will be treated equally when wrap-up operational. Now in 2015 j&j announce that they will give golden hand shake policy (benefits on close of business)to only those employees who have j&j payroll and nothing for third party (HRSG/VIKOR)employee. It is straight violation of CREDO where j&j state all employee treated equally
