      Good compensation and benefits. Excellent pipeline, bringing novel compounds to the market for common disease states.

      Cons

      Large corporation Not very nimble or flexible. Very difficult to navigate for professional growth and development. Career mobility completely driven by politics.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
