      Good product and salary. Great benefits. Needed more than one product to promote.

      Cons

      Lawyers and compliance ran the company. Too much compliance. Too many upper management promotions but very little with sales force. Goals set after time elaped.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
