The tough part is the lack of upward movement and the lack of good upper management. The managers constantly have new and big ideas that require us to learn new things that complicate matters and cause delays. It's rare when they actually have an effective idea and implement it well. Money is tough too, you don make much and you won't make much until you get to manager level.
