Pros
The people at Jane truly cares for the customer and sellers on their platform. The work environment was a mix bag but colleagues typically went above and beyond to help and support.
Cons
The C level was disconnected from ground level operations. This would cause confusion on work being completed, especially at the end. Like a ship sinking, the people on board were trying their hardest to keep the ship a float but ultimately it was swallowed up with some tough mistakes during the COVID and then the loss of revenue post.
