Pros

This company has a fantastic culture and offers great benefits and surprisingly cool perks. The open work model allows you to work however is most comfortable whether it is at a more traditional desk space, sitting on a couch, or working from home. Co-workers here are extremely passionate and invest personally in making sure the business is successful.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con, but work happens at a very fast pace at JAMF. This is probably one of the hardest, but most rewarding jobs that you will ever take on in your career. There are high expectations for every employee, but at the same time you leave at the end of the day feeling like you accomplished something.

Pros

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Cons

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
