Thanks for leaving a review. We do value our people and maintaining our wonderful culture as we continue to grow is a top priority. We take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package, and strive to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. We recently announced an increase in vacation time for all employees in 2022, as well as additional stock options to share in Jamf’s financial success, but it doesn’t stop there! We will continue to review compensation in 2022 and make adjustments based on market conditions.
