Pros
Supervisors and co workers were kind and helpful. I received a promotion from assistant teacher to lead teacher. I received good pay increases.
Cons
Short staffed quite a bit and no benefits or retirement plans offered. There wasn't an on site cook to take care of meals and snacks so staff had to take care of those things themselves.
