amazing focus on learning. there is a lot to learn everyday. no stagnation in job. very new approach to a traditional business. love the young CEO (Mr. Yogesh) - open minded to ideas and shows empathy towards people
Cons
some people will try to negatively influence you as soon as you join mostly who are insecure about their jobs. the culture is highly flat so sometimes old style people make the work slow
