Pros
Flexibility and fast growing business environment. Initially people were motivated, driven and involved in the building of a great company.
Cons
Poor management communication, back-stabbing at all levels, including upper management, became a toxic work environment. Spent most of time trying to stay off of bottom of totem pole of control-freak and lunatic boss.. Very little time spent on productive endeavors.
