      Pros

      A forward thinking law firm that actually listens to its people. Its really refreshing to join a firm that actually understands its people's needs. It is not a stuffy traditional law firm and so many people have developed and excelled in their career here.

      Whilst the initial starting salaries aren't the highest in the market they are fair and competitive

      -The receptionists -Friday bar -Varying work

      Cons

      -clicky -management had flavours of the month which often prevented those who had been loyal to the firm able to progress -terrible salary, like embarrassing to the point they lose very VERY good staff

      Routes to progression are competitive and work can be repetitive with little variation. Upper management don't plan ahead with business decisions
