Pros

Benefits are great if that's all you care about. You can make it, if you pretend you are in love with the company culture and suck up to upper management.

Cons

The company culture changed drastically since new President/CEO and new leadership. People are no longer valued for what they are worth. The only happy people are the ones sitting on top (mostly newly promoted). There's a tremendous lack of diversity. Just ask how many minorities make up upper management and director jobs. None out of nearly 40.

Leadership, specifically the vice presidents Bad vacation hours and sick leave No accountability for supervisors and leadership No transparency Cares more about the board than members No advanced career opportunities
