Pros
The only pro within this company is to make it to the igaming industry, this company hires unexperienced people with the promise of teaching them the process.
Cons
You are offered entry-level pay or less than average. The tech being used is ancient and it requires loads of time to input data manually. Whenever you raise your any concerns you might have they immediately point it out that they are still a start-up (even though they've been in the business for over 5 years) Bosses don't listen to their employees and you will be just a pair of hands when working here, bow to the master kiss the ring, and do what he asks of you mentality.
