- Extreme micromanagement: your teams status will be constantly monitored - Terrible PTO policy: if you are sick, you have to take a vacation day. You receive a very small amount of PTO over the year and can't go negative. - Disorganized teams: A lot of the teams are disorganized. Management is constantly pointing fingers and lack a clear plan.
