Pay is terrible - Patient Service Representative I JWM Neurology Employee Review

You do not get more than a 3% raise every year. The only time they consider a cost-of-living pay increase is for the base pay; they never increase everyone's pay, just the lowest they'll pay new people. Everyone starts at either $15.50 if you're hired through an agency or $16 if you're hired directly through JWM. Also, the employee benefits are terrible, all PPOs, no HMOs.
