      Pros

      Working with international clients was a pleasure.

      Cons

      Depressing, oppressive, a huge scam operation. The employees are depressed, dishonest and back-stabbing. Truly terrible politics. Management is the same and they do NOT adhere to their promises. It's all about the money, and all the talk of "loyalty" is absolute BS. This place chews up and then spits out people like garbage. The owner is a massive egotist and a consummate liar. Way less successful than he makes out. All empty hype. Really a cult.

      Pros

      The small size of the company allows for you to wear multiple hats and operate in a stretch role but you can be left in a stretch role for too long and lead to employee burnout.

      Cons

      Abrasive management style creates a hostile work environment. Did not feel that the organization adopted industry best practices.
