management in not structured,, There is also no structure/guidance for growing at this company. no working from home. I get it is construction company but designers/engineers sit for 50 hours working only with computer having meetings online as jrl has offices abroad so don't see why not they cant give 1-2 days wfh hence many people are leaving.
