      Christian based company that likes the younger generation. Very flexible with schedule allowing time for family. They provide decent health insurance, and a clean work place.

      Cons

      Physical labor in a loud environment. Could be much safer.

      Pros

      Great place to work, coworkers are easy to get along with and there are good leaders within the management team.

      Cons

      Work can get a little busy at times but it's a good problem to have.
