JMAN Group is a high-growth, high-performance company and as you will know this means that we work at an exceptionally fast pace. This also means that people progress and grow within the business faster than they would elsewhere.
We know that the environment and speed are not suited to everyone and no environment will be, but we aim to provide as much feedback and support as possible for people to continuously develop their skills and move with the business. It is a pity that you have not experienced feedback constructively and positively as that should always be the aim. We care and therefore provide feedback.
You are correct, we contractually offer some benefits only after probation has been passed, which is standard practice. That being said all employees get life insurance equivalent to four times their annual salary as well as excellent income protection, we match pension contributions up to 8% and provide work-from-home setups from day one. We conduct regular surveys on benefits and pay and we hope that you will provide the same feedback then as you have now.
We are a global business with diverse ownership. We are diverse by design, with the majority of our employees being based in South India but from various parts across the country, and having employees in our London office from over 20 different nationalities. We are continuously adapting the way we work to cultivate an inclusive environment for every JMAN employee and make our hiring decisions on skill and merit.
