Company's attrition rate is very high, you might be doing some project and next hour you are unemployed, this happens very frequently in JMA across all the teams. 2. 4 out of 6 people from my SAP team were laid off unexpectedly(without internal discussion) within the span of 5 months, IT management lacks operational visibility and knwoledge, only relies on empty talk. 3.
