Pros
Very nice view from the cafeteria and good office. People in general are nice. It a KPO culture so lot of employee engagement activities at the junior-mid level.
Cons
Know for sure this is not a consulting, analytics and IT organisation. Yardstick for measurement of all function is KPO based. Totally perception driven organisation. Total focused on cost saving only. Work is low grade overall specifically IT. Surely a place that will not add much value to experienced IT professional. Team here does low grade work in IT which onsite does not want to do. IT is totally messed up with no head and tail, completely misleading and random.
