Pros
Flat corporate structure, relaxed working environment where professionals are left alone to manage their clients. Thos who work hard are appreciated and thanked for their dedication
Cons
There is a lot of nepitism which results in qualified candidates getting overlooked and the pool of talent is all of a very similar ilk. Friends and family of senior members of staff and clients are fast tracked onto the graduate scheme and given opportunities to work in overseas offices whilst the same opportunities are not offered to others. Whilst bonuses are usually satisfactoy, pay rises are painful to negotiate.
