Poor management structure - found of using bulling tatics although reported to HR very little was done regarding mangers with sexist views and no time for women workers - we knew our place- could not work there any longer - my daughter is an engineer but would not recommend JLR for women unless they have stronlgy push to sort out this sexist behaviour totally unequal approach.
