      Pros

      It was beautiful to see how the wedding dresses were made in the sample rooms. Weekends off?

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment. Super unorganized, no respect. People expect you to juggle several tasks at the last minute. Instructions are given one way then when the job is done, it's all wrong and it's your fault. Employees are let go for stupid personal reasons.

      I really loved my time at JLM, the team was great to work with, and got to be invloved in many projects with many departments.

      Cons

      My reason for leaving was because I didn't want to commute to the city during COVID and I found another opportunity closer to me.
