organized, pleasant, very informative. Had a great efficient process of interviewing and they were very respecful of my time and previous work schedule. I interviewed with a few people in upper management as well as my eventual supervisor.

Asked about my background, what things I know how to do. I'm a grad and they were worried that without getting the internship for college credit I'd quit or not actually work.
