Pros
This is a fun work place with a supportive management. I have never met a group of people that get along so well with one another and help each other out if needed. The office has a very friendly and laid back work atmosphere and makes it easy to do your job. Obviously, you must work hard to get your work accomplished in order to succeed and eventually be promoted. Everyone here has a fair opportunity to grow within the company as long as you put in the work. I love that the bosses are very easygoing, the office is clean, co-workers are communicative and outgoing (its like one big family) the work load is fair and easy to understand, has multiple restaurants surrounding it and provides a lunch room with essentials (refrigerator, microwave, vending machines). The pay is also a plus for the amount of hours that you work. One of the best jobs I have worked at. I would recommend this job. I would not let the bad and bitter reviews deter you from applying and giving this company a try.
Cons
No benefits, but I don't think its the most horrible thing considering they pay pretty decent, it compensates for it.
