Pros
Bottom line, if you have a strong work ethic and listen to management you're going to be successful. They've proven it time and time again. Uncapped commission, fun culture, great location. Wish I started working here right after college.
Cons
Like most sales jobs, it's hard to get the ball rolling, some long days here and there but once you adapt to the fast pace/dynamic industry it's easier to get keep it rolling.
