Pros
You can learn a lot of “what not to do”
Cons
Unfair salary: salary depends on gender and whether you are a favorite. Factors such as professional degree, skills, level of expertise, and quality of work don’t seem to matter too much. Little chance of advancing: they are good at making people only do a few things, if you ask for different tasks or project types, they only make empty promises. They don’t listen nor care what you want to do. Stress: They never turn away projects, even when they are super understaffed. You can be a rock star and work a lot of over hours in order to keep on top of unrealistic deadlines, only to be told that’s not enough. Lack of managing - regularly assign tasks at 5 pm due by the next morning. Disrespectful: principles show little respect, and some times even insult employees. Maybe they don’t realize it?
