Pros
-JD Service Now is great for early experience and learning, some truly great and well learned people like Chris L and David R will teach you the ways.
-Coworkers always made things more manageable
Cons
-Normal blue collar hours, not really easy for anyone
-To management, you are 100% a number
-Not good long term unless you make it into management, I know several people there for years who do not even make $30 an hour despite everywhere else paying more for the same experience
-They did not, when I was still there, help purchase any tools when you first started so you needed to struggle on $15 an hour to purchase $1,000 in tools. Older employees would donate tools and lend them out to help but this put insane strain on people.
