Pros
100% work from home, great compensation, opportunity to work paid overtime (fairly often, 100% optional), amazingly talented co-workers, respectful/professional environment, all communication on slack or zoom or teams, respectful of needs, mental health, and personal time. Great work life balance.
Cons
No real cons other than that some projects can run really long and become burn out sources. But they are very good about trying to accommodate you or move you around if you ask.
