Great flexibility, promote from within, great staff, and the best PI ever!

Not really I can think of, can be quite busy

-Flexible schedule. -PIs are great. -The research is very interesting and innovative.

-The whole place is full of drama. The drama between departments and staff can be draining and makes the workplace almost unbearable to work in. - Pay is subpar. After leaving I received a $25k pay increase for working the same position. -You can be fired without any forewarning. -You can unknowingly be written up and never be told about it. -Intimidation is used by management. -HR is ineffective and very cold -Mental health is not taken seriously and can be used against you and seen as a weakness.
