Pros

Fast employment process. Was told at orientation that I was an execellent employee, was asked to be core staff on a particular shift. There was always work to do and I was never bored.

Cons

First off, this company is so horrible, the only reason why I am rating them 1 star is because I can't rate them zero stars. I worked for this company, for about a month. Everything was going beautifully until one night when I was mandated to worked a double. A series of things happened, and some of them caused me to be terminated. I was accused of abuse and neglect of an individual (which never happened), and threatened with calling the state over the incident. Fast forward six weeks, and this company has the balls not to just call me once, but twice wanting to discuss with me what happened, and then offer me my job back. I have since found better employment elsewhere, and see no reason to return to the abusive employee environment again. I told them this during the first phone call and also the call back I made after the second call was missed. Don't work for this company. What comes easily can leave just as easily.

Pros

J2S has a lot of options for healthcare workers, even if you've got no experience, and most of their opportunities are long term jobs if you want them to be. They are also very flexible in working with employees and their availability to work. They worked around my school schedule and other jobs schedule. Now they are my main job.

Cons

I worked for a few of J2S's different clients and some are more accepting of "agency" staff than others. But if you just pay attention to your own work and don't get caught up in the gossip then you'll be fine. Just remember that you're there to serve the residents and take the best care of them that you can, and the rest is just noise.
