      - OT paid well, easy to OT - Got food subsidy but the food not so good - Lot of extra incentives - Can learn more as more products are coming

      Cons

      - Management like blaming others - Culture always last minute and 'urgent shipment' - Favouritism - HOD troublesome - High turnover, normal ppl stay around 3-4 months - low salary - less bonus

      Pros

      A lot of good things happening. The company is going through growing pains, but management has the company going in the right direction. Strong manufacturing progress, good communication, and everyone working towards a common goal. Decent hours, decent pay, and free lunch every Thursday.

      Cons

      Struggling with processes and getting out of the small company mentality. Some are stuck in the way things have always been done and resist change.
