Pros
Made some lifeling friends during my time there, the work was pretty relaxed, I got to participate in some cool events/ conventions, and I was able to hone my artistic abilities. The environment was very supportive within the art team. Pay and benefits were great, especially as a junior level artist.
Cons
Upper management tended not to utilize the full expertise of the art team very often. I felt that the teams opinions on upcoming trends, etc were not trusted even when proven right time and again, leading to being a year behind on many design trends. A decent number of mind-boggling decisions were made that set the company up for multiple rounds of layoffs in a 1-2 year period. If they do hire again, I would not expect to be there long. Company as a whole seems to have some confusion on what exactly they want to be.
