Excellent discounts, The managers and very competent and fair, fun work environment, Great clothes, people love the help you provide to them, health insurance for part time employees
Cons
Pay is slightly above minimum wage plus commission (which isn't much), Health insurance doesn't cover much, not enough hours to go around, often times may work no more then four hours a week
