Pros

Hired as an SA/Stylist and barely lasted two months. The discount is amazing. The managers who hired and trained me were fantastic. They have the hours if you want them.

Cons

There were 4 - 6 different managers on staff at any given time, some on the floor and some in the office. I had no idea who to report to while I was training. Before even training on the sales floor I must have sat through a full day of onboarding which felt excessive as someone who has worked retail before. The whole onboarding and early training process felt repetitive. Once on the sales floor of the men's shop, I felt like I was in a frat house. A lot of masculine energy that at some points felt toxic. As a woman, you know the feeling when a man has their eyes on you and I got that feeling from one of the male managers on staff and it made me feel super uncomfortable.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
